While wedding trends may come and go, there’s something enduring and grounding about a natural, garden-inspired style. It’s a look that never feels out of place — soft, organic, and timeless.
I’ve had the opportunity to design in all kinds of settings, from organic, outdoor weddings to elegant ballroom weddings. But no matter the venue, I always felt most connected to designs that felt effortless and rooted in nature. That’s when I realized: my heart belongs to floral work that feels lived in, as if the blooms naturally grew into their setting, enhancing the space.
This approach has become the signature of my work — creating arrangements that feel organic, free-flowing, intentional and true to their environment. It’s this quiet, nature-inspired beauty that continues to guide my creative process and set my designs apart.
Once you submit an inquiry on our contact page, you will receive an event questionnaire from Kenia Zarina Floral Design. This questionnaire is useful for understanding your vision and design style, learning about your color palette, gathering inspiration images and how we can align with your wedding needs. This is the start of bringing your vision to life.
Kenia Zarina Floral Design will create a detailed proposal that includes all of the florals and details you are envisioning. We will then review this proposal together and continue to fine tune as needed. Once you are satisfied that everything you want is on the proposal, a signed contract and 35% deposit is required to secure your date on our calendar.
After booking, we will create your bespoke design board with visuals for flowers, vessels, and décor. This collaborative stage ensures every detail feels just right.
About 60–90 days prior to your wedding, we will schedule a design mockup and site visit to review décor, sample floral arrangements, and walk through your event space.
At 45 days out, your final payment is due and we will confirm any last minute revisions.
On the big day, we are on-site designing and styling your ceremony, cocktail hour and reception. You can trust that we are there to light every candle, place every centerpiece and ensure each detail is flawless. When applicable, we will repurpose ceremony pieces for the reception before we depart, usually after a full day of on-site work.
